Where are you located?
In a pretty valley in western Massachusetts.
Do you accept custom orders?
I am unable to take custom orders at this time, but that could change!
Are all items listed ready to ship?
Yes, if listed, they're ready to ship!
How often are new items available?
I anticipate making them through the spring and summer of 2022, so new pendants will be posted to the website periodically.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at aubryarts@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
REFUNDS
Due to the personal nature of the pendants, they are unable to be returned. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase so if there’s a problem, please contact me!
